How do I pay for my cleaning service?

Payment must be made before the start of service. Once  payment is submitted your appointment will be confirmed. Please click on our Payment page to complete your transaction.

Will I always have the same housekeeper?

We make every effort to have the same housekeeper clean your home each visit. Sometimes there may be a change in a team member due to illness, vacations and staff changes.

Do I tip the Housekeeper?

Tipping is at your discretion, this form of payment is between the Customer and the Housekeeper.

Are the Housekeepers trained and supervised?

We train all of our Housekeepers before they are permitted to enter a home. Training is ongoing as new products and methods emerge on the market.

Can my pets be out while my house is being cleaned?

We do love pets, but we ask that your pets are properly secured so that we can be sure to give your home the attention that it needs.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Please contact Clean Nature as soon as you know that you need to cancel or reschedule. We'll work with you to reschedule your appointment.

What if my regular appointment falls on a holiday?

If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will speak to you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home on another day that same week.

Do I need to do anything before the Housekeepers arrive?

The cleaning service from Clean Nature is here to help. To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items, and clutter before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more efficiently and thoroughly. Leave fresh linens out so we can change the bedding and towels. And put away any important documents and valuables.  No worries though, we’re ready to tackle the worst possible messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.

Must I be home when you clean my house?

It's your choice. You may supply the Housekeeper with a Key when you are ready but please be sure to contact Clean Nature directly before doing so.  Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes.

If you provide us a key we will need documented permission with your signature. Once we receive permission you may then give the Housekeeper your spare key.
